President Truong Tan Sang visited Kyoei Steel Vietnam Co., Ltd.

On August 12, 2014, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Truong Tan Sang visited Kyoei Steel Vietnam Company Ltd. (KSVC), a FDI company with 100% invested capital from Japan.

Previously, President Truong Tan Sang has always been active in attracting foreign companies. In the occasion of his visit to Ninh Binh Province, the president himself had aspirations to visit KSVC, accompanied with the Provincial Secretary, Nguyen Thi Thanh, Chairman, Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Province, the comrades in government, the social media and television, the delegation consisted of about 50 people.

Regarding KSVC, the entire staffs attended the greeting; President Truong Tan Sang shook hands with every employee, and stated that he looks foward KSVC’s development. Mr. Yamakawa, KSVC’s General Director, acknowledged the support of Vietnamese Government and Ninh Binh Provinces, and then described the current situation of Vietnam's steel market and proposed some measures to increase steel demand.

About this issue, President Truong Tan Sang said that the demand for steel will gradually recover with the implementation of Japanese ODA projects in the future. The President also expressed to support Kyoei Steel Vietnam Company hereafter.
