Kyoei Steel Vietnam signed the Collective Labor Agreement

Our Company, KSVC always aims to create friendly and professional environment, so in our operation process, KSVC try to create the best working environment for employees. On January 30^th, 2015, BOD of KSVC and Executive Union signed the Collective Labor Agreement, this agreement marked development the relationship between the Company and Employees.

This agreement has big meaning with KSVC as well as employees. Collective Labor Agreement makes the community responsibilities of both parties in the implementation of the rights and obligations base on labor code. Moreover, the Collective Labor Agreement creates conditions for the workers through negotiations, bargaining, through the power of the collective to the employer to be able to enjoy the benefits higher than the prescribed in law.

KSVC sign the collective labor agreement, harmonizing benefits, limiting unnecessary competition, creating favorable conditions for close cooperation between employees and KSVC.
